Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Zintex OÜ when you use Unspace. Last updated: 18 August 2026.

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Zintex OÜ (Estonia), the publisher of Unspace. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Unspace.

Purchases made through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Who can use Unspace

You must be at least 17 years old. You may not use Unspace if we have previously banned you, or if the law where you live prohibits it.

Your account

Your content

What you post stays yours. To run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt for display, and show your content to the people you share it with, for as long as you keep it on Unspace. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons.

You are responsible for what you publish. Only post content you have the right to share, and expect that anything you post publicly can be seen, screenshotted and shared by others.

How you may behave

Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. Breaking them can cost you your content, your account, or both.

Moderation

We may remove content, limit reach, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you what happened and why.

If you think we got it wrong, write to support@unspaceapp.com and a human will look at it again.

Unspace Premium

The free version of Unspace is supported by advertising; an active Premium subscription removes it. How advertising and attribution handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service itself

We work to keep Unspace running, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content other users publish. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Estonian or EU law that cannot be waived.

Ending it

You can stop using Unspace and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

Law and changes

These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
