Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Zero tolerance
Unspace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Nobody may create, upload, share, solicit or distribute content that exploits, sexualises or endangers a minor.
Minimum age
Unspace is intended for users aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly allow children under 16 to hold accounts. If we learn that a child is using Unspace, we remove the account and its content.
Prohibited
- CSAM, or any sexual content involving a minor
- Grooming, sextortion or solicitation of a minor
- Content that sexualises minors or depicts their exploitation
- Links, requests or arrangements that facilitate CSAE
- Any other conduct that puts a child in danger
How we respond
When we learn of CSAM or CSAE on Unspace, we:
- remove the content and permanently ban the accounts responsible
- preserve the evidence the law requires us to preserve
- report confirmed CSAM to the competent authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable
- cooperate with law enforcement and with the app stores that distribute Unspace
