Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Zero tolerance

Unspace has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Nobody may create, upload, share, solicit or distribute content that exploits, sexualises or endangers a minor.

Minimum age

Unspace is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to hold an account, and if we learn that a younger child is using Unspace we remove the account and its content. Accounts we identify as belonging to a minor are also kept out of any space marked for adults.

Prohibited

• CSAM, or any sexual content involving a minor
• Grooming, sextortion or solicitation of a minor
• Content that sexualises minors or depicts their exploitation
• Links, requests or arrangements that facilitate CSAE
• Any other conduct that puts a child in danger

How we respond

When we learn of CSAM or CSAE on Unspace, we:

• remove the content and permanently ban the accounts responsible
• preserve the evidence the law requires us to preserve
• report confirmed CSAM to the competent authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable
• cooperate with law enforcement and with the app stores that distribute Unspace
