Deleting your account

Delete it from inside the app

Deleting your account takes a few seconds and does not require contacting us:

• Open Unspace and go to Settings
• Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account
• Confirm — the account is closed immediately

If you only want a break, Deactivate account in the same place hides your profile without erasing anything, and you can come back later.

What gets deleted

Your profile, posts, Diary entries, comments, wall messages, uploaded media, follows and messages are removed or anonymised within 30 days.

Two things survive, and only for as long as the law or safety requires:

• purchase records, which Estonian accounting law requires us to keep
• moderation records where an account was banned, so that the same person cannot immediately return

Your subscription

Unspace Premium is billed by Apple, so deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in App Store → your name → Subscriptions before you delete the account, otherwise it keeps renewing.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to support@unspaceapp.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
